Areas of Delivery
The good news is that we deliver to your door anywhere within Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage using our own delivery vehicle! Anywhere else, you will have to contact our sales team to see whether alternative arrangements can be made. Do this BEFORE you complete the online transaction, or charges may have to be levied.
We deliver for FREE to anywhere within Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage, on all orders with a value of R499 or more, VAT inclusive. For orders below R499 the delivery cost is a mere R90 VAT inclusive. The delivery cost, if applicable, will be displayed when you check out.
If you want delivery outside PE and Uitenhage, please contact our friendly sales team to see whether it is possible on your order. Additional costs will apply.
When should you expect your delivery?
Delivery times vary based on 3 key factors: What time you place your order, where you choose to have your order delivered, and the product availability based on your selection.
If you’re paying by credit or debit card and your order reaches us before 12h00, your in stock purchase will be packaged and dispatched on the same day (unless it’s a weekend or a public holiday) . After 12h00, the package will only be prepared and dispatched the next working day. Expect next day delivery by 17:00 for product to be delivered from the day of dispatch. Total delivery time is therefore 2 – 3 workdays.
Items that are not in stock can delay your order. By default we dispatch your order in its entirety, based on the product with the longest lead-time. Please contact us should you wish to receive part shipment. Extra charges may apply.
Unforeseen events may delay delivery. We will communicate any unexpected extended delays as best we can.
If you want express same day delivery, please discuss this with our sales team. Please note, by using Express delivery, you will forfeit our Free Delivery Service.
How Payment affects my delivery
If you’re paying by credit or debit card and your order reaches us before 12h00, your purchase will be packaged and dispatched on the same day (unless it’s a weekend or a public holiday), providing the product is from our in-stock ranges.
For EFTs and bank transfers we need to check that your funds have cleared in our bank account before we dispatch your order.
Items paid by cash
Items selected on our online store where cash payment has been selected will not be processed until the in-store sale is finalised. The same time frames as above only apply once the sale has been confirmed in-store.
